Returns
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the product you currently have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
